Country house in Polány

The country house is situated in an absolutely quiet location. The property is located between Kaposvár and Lake Balaton, 3 km from the A67 highway. The distance to Kaposvár is 15 minutes, to Lake Balaton 30 minutes. Kaposvár is a charming town where you can find everything for your daily needs (market, discount stores, good doctors, hospital, hardware stores, restaurants).

Our house is located in a quiet and completely safe cul-de-sac village with a small store for daily needs. Half of the village is inhabited by Germans, Dutch, Belgians, Americans, Danes, etc.

The house was built by a German architect in solid construction, on a modern technical level and is free of complaints and encumbrances. There are several plots that can be divided. Two further houses can be built on a neighboring plot.

The house has:

• Gas connection (energy-saving HR gas boiler) and central heating
• Connection to the gas and water network
• Modern electrics with new wiring and modern installations
• The floors are tiled, laminate and in the living room a cathedral floor from the 13th century. The house is dry.

Here it is dog-friendly and surrounded by woods and fields.

This house is part of a larger estate with a total of 20,000 m² of land and several plots. It can be used in a variety of ways and is suitable for generating income (currently very successfully as a guest house), for renting out or as a permanent residence.
